Recently, a video capturing a training session at the River City BJJ martial arts gym has attracted widespread attention. Witnessed by other students, a male black belt wearing a white gi is seen controlling a female fighter in a blue gi on the ground.

In the foreground, a man wearing a gray t-shirt and jeans is sitting on a chair, closely watching the sparring session. While deeply focused, he drops his coffee cup on the floor and immediately calls out loudly: “Come on Claire, don’t give up now”.

Not stopping at just words, the man decides to stand up and walk straight onto the mat toward the two grappling fighters. He continues to encourage the female fighter: “You’re fine, keep working,” and the video ends with him stepping close and placing his hand on the back of the male black belt. This situation demonstrates an excellent spirit of support and encouragement, providing extra motivation for students during intense martial arts training sessions.
